Acquire AOX ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") may send SMS and MMS text messages to individuals who have provided their phone number and consented to receive communications regarding asset submissions, inquiries, and related matters. This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing our SMS messaging program.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our forms, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and manually dialed calls and text messages from Acquire AOX, including but not limited to:

• Updates regarding your asset submission status.
• Requests for additional information or documentation.
• Responses to your inquiries.
• Notifications related to asset review outcomes.

Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or as a condition of submitting an asset for review.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Acquire AOX. You may receive messages related to specific asset submissions, inquiries, or other communications you initiate. We do not send recurring marketing messages. Messages are sent on an as-needed basis related to your specific asset submission or inquiry.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Please consult your mobile service provider's pricing plan for details.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will not send you additional SMS messages unless you subsequently re-enroll.

7. Supported Carriers

8. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Acquire AOX is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or errors in message transmission.

9. Age Restriction

By consenting to receive SMS messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly send text messages to individuals under 13 years of age.

10. A2P 10DLC Compliance

Our SMS program complies with applicable A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) registration and messaging requirements. Messages are sent through registered campaigns in accordance with wireless carrier requirements.

11. CTIA Compliance

Our SMS messaging practices comply with CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) guidelines and best practices for business messaging, including:

• Clear consent collection and documentation.
• Opt-out instructions in every message where required.
• Honoring opt-out requests promptly.
• Prohibited content restrictions (no SHAFT content: Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco).

12. Privacy and Data Protection
